Our classes are uniquely tailored to meet each student on the mat at their level and geared towards creating a space of physical development, self-expression, self-empowerment and healing through art, inspiration, creativity, pranayama (breathing exercises), anatomy based alignment and living wellness philosophy.
We have classes for everybody. All fitness levels, all ages. Yoga for beginners, gentle yoga, flow and vinyasa, acro yoga, meditation, restorative, kids classes, specialty workshops and more! We offer group classes and private classes where we design a unique practice to meet your goals and needs. After the tremendous success we had last year with 40+ kids attending our art & yoga summer camp (read the parent reviews on Google and Facebook!) Kala Art & Yoga joined 5 Rounds Melbourne to offer a BIGGER, BETTER and even more EXCITING camp this summer!
Our summer camp offers an opportunity for children to express themselves through art with painting, drawing, collage and more while receiving the benefits of a yoga practice tailored just for them. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA helps children build their self-confidence while developing practical self-defense and anti-bullying skills that can be applied to their everyday lives. Read more >
Mindfulness Meditation: Every Sunday 5pm
Mindfulness Meditation class. Open to all. Clear the mind, reconnect to your true self, focus and center as we work with the breath, exploring pranayama (breath control) techniques in a relaxing atmosphere. Effective for stress and anxiety relief, improves brain function and memory, easy to practice, results are immediately noticeable. All levels. Excellent for beginners. Please arrive 10 minutes early. We will begin promptly at 5pm.
